Welcome to Limpopo Hardwood. By using this website and placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

Ordering

All orders are subject to a minimum purchase quantity of 10 units per product, as shown on each product page. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

Delivery

We currently deliver to select areas across Cape Town and the Western Cape. Delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your suburb and order weight. If your area isn’t listed, contact us on WhatsApp for a custom delivery quote, or arrange to collect your order free of charge from our warehouse.

Payment

Payment is required in full before your order is dispatched or made available for collection, using the payment methods available at checkout.

Product Descriptions

We do our best to accurately describe and photograph our firewood, braai sauces, spices, and accessories. As our firewood is a natural product, slight variation in size, colour, and moisture content between deliveries is normal and not considered a defect.

Limitation of Liability

Limpopo Hardwood is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, including from open-flame use of firewood and charcoal, which should always be used with appropriate care and supervision.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
